 Our beautiful 4
bedroom villa which is situated in the
Mediterranean styled gated community of High Grove.
Set in an ideal
location, High Grove is only 300 yards from the Highway 192 and Highway
27 intersection and with-in 6 miles of Walt Disney World and many more
of Orlando's world famous attractions. The excellent
road system means the Gulf coast beaches can be reached in 80
minutes, the Kennedy space center and East coast beaches in 70 minutes,
and the airports in 35 minutes for Orlando and 60 minutes for Sanford.
The house itself
is big enough for a large family or two smaller families to share, with over 1,700 sq ft of air conditioned living space, plus it occupies a
prime plot with an open aspect to the rear across landscaped
grounds.
You will be able to
relax around our large 26 by 14 foot pool, but should the Florida sunshine
become too much, you can either retire
under the covered Lanai, go inside
the villa where all the
rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature, or lie back and relax
in our superb spa.
If you like a
round of Golf you will be ideally positioned staying at our villa.
There are over 20 courses to
be found within a 20 mile radius including the award winning Southern Dunes,
Highlands Reserve and the Greg
Norman designed Champions gate courses.

 Our villa has a
large open plan seating area called the Family room.
It contains 2
large luxurious sofas, allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end
each action packed day. Patio doors allow direct access out onto the pool deck
as well as letting in plenty of sunlight and providing a great view.
To help keep
everyone entertained you will find a large screen cable TV, DVD system (a
selection of family DVDs are provided), a Playstation2 & games, and a stereo music system.
Ceiling
fans ensure you keep cool as you relax.

The large
modern fully fitted kitchen comes
complete with every modern convenience, including a large cooker,
microwave, fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster,
kettle, coffee machine and smoothie maker. There is also a good selection of cutlery
and crockery (including
plastic dishes and glasses provided for your safety when dining by the pool
area). The only thing you need to provide is the food!
There is seating for
two at the large breakfast counter and a telephone from
which all local calls are free and other calls are charged as taken. If
you bring your laptop with you there is FREE
high speed Internet access access at the villa. Should
you wish to do any laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble drier, iron
and ironing board all located in the Kitchen area. All bed linen and towels are provided for
your needs.
The Dining area is
located conveniently adjoining the Kitchen. There is a large
table and 8 chairs and is ideal for both formal and casual meals. A large window
lets in plenty of natural light.

 The
villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up
to 8 adults to sleep comfortably.
Two of the bedrooms are master suites and two are twin bedrooms. Both master bedrooms have a large
King sized bed, cable television, ceiling fan, hairdryer, and clock
radios, as well as each having a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a
large walk-in Shower.
The first master bedroom has no shortage of storage space with
a large walk-in closet. The final touch of elegance is your own private access via patio doors out onto the pool deck.

 The
second master bedroom has ample storage space provided by a large built-in
closet and drawers, while the en-suite bathroom allows direct access out
onto the pool deck and doubles as a poolside shower room.
Bedrooms three and four each contain two single
beds and a television with cable TV. A built-in closet and drawers in each room proves plenty of storage space. Located conveniently in-between the two rooms is a shared en-suite bathroom. The front part of the bathroom that the two rooms lead into has a large mirror and washbasin. The rear part which is separated by a door contains a toilet and a bath / shower unit.

All the bedding is provided and the
beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is
provided should you need it.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.

 Our
luxurious villa has its own 14 by 26 foot
pool and spa, all available for your use. It is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered Lanai. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily
charge (recommended for October to March).
The
spacious surrounding patio is furnished with
high quality furniture including chairs, table, and 8 sun loungers, giving you the option of just lying back and soaking up the Florida
sunshine, or sitting round the table to enjoy lunch and a couple of nice
cool drinks.
The pool
deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does
not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can
be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep
the children entertained.

For those times when even swimming
and sunbathing is too much, you will
be able to just sit back and relax in our luxury Spa.
Unlike
most villas, our pool deck doesn't look out over countless other homes.
You have a good degree of privacy and a picturesque view looking out
over a conservation area.
For additional peace of mind should young
children be staying at the villa, all
the doors
leading out onto the pool deck are alarmed.

final feature of the pool area is the pool side bathroom which is
accessible from the pool deck without the need to enter the villa.
